Bizarre O in right hand bottom corner

Hello,

a few day's ago a bizarre O appeared in right hand bottom corner, its looks like 2 arrows making a circle, it's in the corner no matter what I do(click on it, fiddle with the options, plug/unplug the internet, etc.) or where I go in the game(main menu, options menu, the main game part.

I download the patch and that didn't do anything, I've no idea what to do. please help!
