How to reinstall without CD

Hello All,

I originally purchased an activation key to download game. trying to reinstall on a new computer and cannot locate "key ". I have not played in awhile so I cannot recall the procedure for reinstall. The other related threads talk about a CD, I do not believe I ever had a CD, although I may have.

Usually you instal steam
login to your account
confirm the key sent to your e-mail
download your Games content via steam
