Language version [sound-subtitles] combinations
Hello,
Could somebody from the development team answer my question please... I have recently seen some videos of the demo that was in English... honestly it sounded terrible (just very very unnatural)... especially that it was the Russian campain... So I was wondering if you thought about being able to choose between the sound (dialogues) version and combine it with subtitles... ie. for Russian campain - Russian or English sound, and a choice of English and some other subtitles so instead of listening to Russian soldiers talking very unnatural English I could listen to them talking in Russian but read the English subtitles so I can understand everything... for German campain - again, have them talking in German combined with English or other subtitles. etc. I believe it would just give a better feeling and gameplay. I really didnt like that dialogues... I nearly forgot. How I would see it is, you set up an English language (or other available) version as your main language for everything, so menus, user interface etc, and then for dialogues you select another options ie. translation (so dialogues in the main language you had chosen) or campain dependant or sthing like that Last edited by Qbazdz; 02-18-2009 at 08:15 PM. |
