Im stuck :(

You enter one guys mind, but just before you do, you see him throw a wrench at a guy with a machinegun a bit up from him. When you enter his mind you get to pick up the wrench and use it to get a ladder down and climb it. But no matter what I do I keep dying when he shoots at me. Help plz!

(In the picture its straight ahead and at the top of the screen at the catwalk the fat guy is standing and shooting at me in the dreamworld, can add moore screens if it will help.)

Never mind I found the solution in an earlier post. Thanks anyway Youre supposed to use the wrench on the "hot pipe" in the corner, not on the ladder.
