Help - Activation

Hi everyone

I just bought and downloaded King'd Bounty from www.gamersgate.com. Installation and everything went fine but now I can't activate my copy of the game. The game asks for a serial number and I can't find any. According to the Gamersgate FAQs the serial number is supposed to be right under the game title in the MyGames section. It isn't, neither on their homepage nor in the downloader tool.

Has anyone experienced the same problem and how can I solve it?
