Does anyone know where you can get the special edition in English in North America? I like the game so much I figured I'd fork out more for something extra.

There is no Special Edition, released in USA.

I ordered my KB Collectors Edition and just got it today in the post!
I bought it from amazon.co.uk and there is still one copy left:
