Lucky's Mines ?

I've traveled all over the Eastern Islands and still can't see any "Lucky's Mines".. Is it called that or just called an "Underground" ?

Go in the center of the map in Eastern Islands and look for redbeard's house on an island. Follow the path on his island and you will meat a guard. Talk to him and give him the password.
