Default Slowdowns

Hello!

After playing a while or when changing zones and sometimes in BattleMode the performance/fps going down real bad.

I can fix it if i Tab to Desktop or change a graphic option so the game reloads (ie: Unit Detail normal/high), but it only lasts again some time or until changing zones / going BattleMode.

Is this a Memoryglitch ? Anyone experience this too ?

I run on WinXp, Radeon X1950 pro, 2gb Ram.

Frames are top after tabbing/reloading so it´s not because system is too weak.

Need help

Yep, same problem with the battlemode slowdown but only when going from certain zones, not all zones, and sometimes it takes a couple of hours for the slowdown to happen.
I'm using an Radeon X800 on XP, so its not just your card.

Same problem here. Using Radeon x1600 PRO 512 MB.
I only gets slowdowns after I enter a battle or enters a new location.
Guess it is memory related. Strange that the frames is skyhigh elsewhere, and after hitting CTRL-ALT-DELETE for two seconds...

I just posted about having sound issues, but this issue sounds like what I'm experiencing too.

I'm currently in Demonis, and the problem is very apparent here. I have all of the graphic settings maxed out, but I'm also running a nice machine.

Is anyone having issues with sound distortion or crackling during slowdown?

I was actually thinking of making a thread about this. I've got this same problem. I thought it was just that my video card is under the system requirements(9800 Pro).

It's slow but far from unplayable. Just annoying.

Whenever I enter a new zone, it's slow until I ALT-TAB to desktop and then go back into the game. Then it's fast again. I've started doing this everytime I enter a new zone.
