Druid Albertil on Melassar (ice and fire)

There is a flag over Albertils house but I cant get any quest from him. A bug or is there any quest I should do before coming to Melassar? (I´m playing Ice and Fire)

In Warriors of the north you get the quest "Stone statue" from him.

Not exactly. You get this quest at your first visit of the tavern in Arlania! Maybe you missed this or it has been changed in I&F.
