Game's not loading- Windows 8 - Mod 4.0 (Fusion)

I installed mod 4.0 from fusion onto my Il-2 Cliffs of Dover mod 3.0 and mod 3.1 and installed the CLoader exe that enables to launch the game from Windows 8. The game started before installing the mods, but know it does not even start...

What should I do?

My laptop specs:
