Default Fraps issues and a fix

I was having an issue with fraps not working for CLOD, since November 2012.

Beepa team has found this issue.

Windows i.e 10, do not install windows Internet explorer 10, it does not work with d3d10 games...

after unsinstalling the prerelease ie10 fraps is now working again.

No, it's not running in the back ground, it has something to do with; be-leave it or not, but IE still runs in Firefox and other browser tools, the KB windows ie 10 prerelease security patch caused d3d10 games to not work.

Dear William,

> Thanks for your reply and I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. We have recently become aware of a conflict that can occur with games using DirectX 10 when the recent Internet Explorer 10 preview version has been installed on the machine. Have you installed this software on your machine?
