Stuck in Arlania..

Hey guys just got done with my first fight against Guilford , once i got to arlania and had to fight some strong elf groups , i lost alot of my Archers , cavalry and my griffons. Now im suppost to take down the 4 units at the beach but i cant find anywhere to replenish my army ,or do i have to recruit different units from the elves in meliisarr or back to the vikings? Thanks in advance for the help!

You won't be able to recruit much in terms of human units anymore, but you can still go to Greenwort and buy from the guy at the harbor, Selmy Boros (if you warned him) and other stores in Verlon and Arlania (except Iron Richard is gone, too). there is also the tent in the human camp on the elven island.

Possibly you can also find some archers in the pirate camp on the Freedom Islands.
