Suicide Mission..... Ramming !!

The proposed scheme was that the Tiger Moths would fly to an advanced landing ground near the coast where eight 20lb bombs would be loaded, then fly to the beaches and bomb the invading troops. As one can imagine this was considered a suicide mission and no one was in any doubt about it, especially the pilots

ATAG server last night. Immediately after take off vectored onto an incoming Wellington raid. Battle climb to 4000 metres.


No escort visible so straight into Der Tommies!


Three second burst with cannon and MG's!


Up over the top and roll in for a pass on number two.


Close to Rise of Flight range!


Joined by other kamerades for a Wellington Party!


Too late to stop 'em pasting our field though. Gerfeckit!


And back home for Bratwurst unt Schnappes!
