Laying mines in first bonus mission "in defence"

Hey there,
I have a problem with other tipe of AT mines. I know hot to lay one tipe of mines. But there is another tipe (brown one) wich are smaller but do not know how to use it. There is no option in right use panel where I can chose the option to utyilze them. I did manage to put them in to a heand but (like I said) there is no option to set them. Only drop.

small brown ones? The Anti Personell mines? By first bonus defense you mean Vernon?

You lay the mines in the same manner as the big round green AT mines, you go into the panel in the lower right corner to the, I think the icon that looks like cogs then select mines.....they lay the same way as the other mines...
