Where did you get the 305.53 drivers from? according to the Nvidia site the latest beta drivers are 304.79. No official drivers after that. Latest official drivers WHQL are 301.42 both 32 and 64 bit.
(Edit) looks like you might have downloaded these from Guru 3D, these aren't listed on the Nvidia site as being released. My Sli system is working resonably well with 304.79 try that
