Default Someone hacking my steam account when this happens?

I just started steam and it says I last played COD today when I didn't, it also says that I have played it for 35 hours and I don't think I have. Do you think this could mean someone is hacking my steam account and how can I stop it if they are? Thanks!!

Yes I will do, I will also report it to steam when I figure out how. Not having some little scum bag nicking my games for nowt. What's that hacking cmd again? is it netstat -ano? Just need to get his ip addy if he's hacking me and he'll wish he hadn't.

He has had his demo time at my expense lol. Hopefully after the next patch I will be flying a lot more. If I get his ip I will love to his face when I report him hacking to his internet service provider and tack screen shots to prove it. He'll be crapping in his shorts no doubt.

The steam play time is severely bugged, I would not worry about it too much.

Steam often gets its stats in a twist. Wouldn't worry too much.

When Steam installs on a machine it takes a snapshot of your computer hardware.(finger print).

If you install Steam on another machine(or have upgraded hardware) it will send you a notice that someone is trying to log on from another machine. They send a code to your registered email. If it is you, just on another or upgraded machine then the original, just enter the code and you are good to go.The code is very time sensitive.

If it is not you then change your password as someone is trying to hack your account.
