Default Sniper line of sight (1st MoW)

Hey guys!

I'am currently playing the first one with a buddy in coop. Our problem is, that the sniper is not able to uncover enemy soldiers (like in AS for example). That makes the sniper useless, which makes no sense at all. Is there anything we are missing?

No, there is nothing you are missing. Neither the Binocs nor the Sniper vision aura works in any mode other then MP vs each otehr...Coop it wont work, Singleplayer it wont work, in the editor it doesnt work...only in PVP MP. I have tried to edit this to work but to no avail.....it really does suck.

I don't remember exactly how it worked in the original MoW but I guess the idea was that snipers are not front line infantry. The sniper should be hanging back a little, with some infantry or a vehicle out in front to scout.
