Default Is there a FPS limiter I can use with this game?

I am just wondering if there is a FPS limiter I can use in this game like the one in FSX. I ask this because I constantly get 42 FPS with this game now but the ground is like stuttering like it does in FSX without the FPS limiter. Same when I look around using Trackir I get stutters. I think if there is a way to limit my frames like i do in FSX then my stutters may disappear. Thankyou!!

To be very positive about the answer "Yes there is". I have always advocated the use of EVGA's precision tool for your graphics card, with this you can adjust everything you will need to to get the best performance. Other manufactors have similar tools but I know what this one has and it includes a fps limiter. This will work with all Nvidia based cards, don't know what you have but if it's a Radeon based card I suggest you check and see what ATI have. The EVGA precision tool is available as a free download from the EVGA site, give it a try if it applies to your card.
