Info on online multiplayer game wanted

I hope someone can take the time to write something helpful here about using the GameSpy menu for joining the online multiplayer part of this game.
Btw, is Teamspeak/Ventrilo used alot with the online multiplayer mode?

We have about 10 to 12 peeps that are playing 4x or or so a week , GMT -5 EST , we use ts3 and we have lots of fun , since steam had the great sale just recently we have more peeps joining now to play, I can tell you comms on ts3 is extremely fun and gets intense sometimes and others times we are all cracking up laughing, we all use the steam friends client and joining in teamspeak 3 to hook up and cooridnate play kickoff times and gametypes , there are a few that are really top players but mostly we just have fun , not so worried about ranking up , we more enjoy teamplay and getting the most out of the Awesome Men of War AS game. It is truely a special game!
