ok, my main question is "how to reclaim sectors from klissians"

But all other info that "might" be annoying to figure out on your own such as while docked at an inhabited planet you can goto "ship" and hold CTRL and move items into storage rather than selling them and re-aquire then by talking to the government.

Any information like this would be vasly useful!
