How to release the champion sword ?

In Flying Isles, I defeated all skeletons and lizards. Now I am standing in front of the stone statue but there is only few words telling that it is a statue of stone representing a man killed by a sword (or something cloes to that) but with no explanation at all on how to get the sword. Is it a mix to do with a potion and a weapon ? A person to talk with ? A staff to use...? Nado pomoch/ pajalycta Thx/cpacibo!!!

You probably have already figured it out by now, but...

Try using the Elixer of Life on it, or the staff. I forget what to use since it's been a while and I can't look right now(I can look soon if you still need help and no one else answers).

What you are trying to do is bring the statue back to life, then you fight it and get the sword.
