S!

Tanker, make sure to give the 12.1 preview drivers a run, they work for me very nicely.

Sounds good, tanker. I'd love to upgrade (and install Windows 7) but it's simply not an option for me now (or in the foreseeable future). Hope the upgrade goes well.

Still getting what appear to be tile borderlines on the ground or water (see screenshots below).

I've tried all performance settings (High quality down to high performance) and the lines remain no matter what. Anyone got any ideas about what may be causing them and (if possible) how to get rid of them?

Thanks for the reply. I'll give that a try and see what happens.

If that is the cause, I'll just have to live with them.... Land detail on high nearly kills my poor old PC!!

EDIT: Just tried setting land detail to high and the lines remain, I'm afraid. Can anyone suggest any other potential causes?

Thanks for your help on this David. Unfortunately I've tried various GFX setting combinations (within the limits of my PC specs!) and the lines are still there.

I guess I'll have to wait for a newer nVidia driver to be replaced and hope that sorts it out.

im sorry that this didnt work for you...but for performance reasons, i have to play with medium textures as well, and after some time, you'll somehow get used to the ugly lines.

I've max settings, but I get those ugly lines in white. The funny thing is that they appear only when banking the plane.

Cheers,
Ins

Just remember to clear the cache after each graphics change.
