Error with Vietnam

I've been getting this error when attempting to start Men of War: Vietnam.



I remember that I deleted the old "Player" profile so I could create another, but I believe I did this with Men of War: Assault Squad as well so this shouldn't be happening.

I meet all requirements, possibly even surpass them.
I bought this game today and have not done anything different.
I have defragged my hard drive, reinstalled twice and restarted my computer twice.
I bought it off Steam.
I have no idea what could be causing this problem.
