I think the evidence consists of early polls (prior to PF) on the UBI website showed a strong preference for the Mediterranean. It also has never been modeled before. Oleg's decision to model the Italians well naturally would make the transition easier.

If so, I am really looking forward to this as it will be the first time it is professionally modeled. It is also very meaningful for the Commonwealth (up there with the night campaign)
