Default How to change mouse speed and acceleration?

Is there a way in the game to change the mouse speed and acceleration?
The default is too jumpy and I can't find any settings through the Options menu.

I'd like to be able to do so too.

You can change it in your Config file.

Local Disk(C)/Users/You/My Documents/1C SoftClub/il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover/conf

Look for this section in your Config and adjust the numbers down to reduce sensitivity-

[rts_mouse]
SensitivityX=0.25
SensitivityY=0.25
SensitivityZ=0.25
Invert=0
SwapButtons = 0

I have them set at 0.25 to slow down the mouse movement in-game, but my mouse also has a button that can increase it's sensitivity and so speed the responsiveness back to normal if required (for menu's etc.)

Thanks, I'll give that a try. I find the default setting makes using the cockpit too difficult.

I would recomment instead to look into the confUser.ini and under
[Config viewSet]
AzimutSpeed=0.1
TangageSpeed=0.1
LenSpeed=0.1
MinLen=1.0
DefaultLen=20.0
MaxLen=30000.0
Speed=24
Offset=2

I think the "speed" setting is what your are looking for. Obviously mine has been changed from the default 6
I have left the mouse sensitivity settings at default.
