Cockpit control actions during flight under AI control
During take off, fight and landing under AI control, the only cockpit control animations which reflect the actions of the AI are the stick, pedals and throttle.
It would be much more informative if all functional cockpit controls (particularly fuel mix and prop pitch, and also magnetos, radiator, fuel cock, etc. settings) had animations reflective of the actions of the AI.
Currently the visible state that the controls were in when the AI takes over remain throughout AI control regardless of what the AI does (with the exception of the throttle, stick and pedals) and these settings are functionally reverted to when control is taken back from the AI.
Presumably a lot could be learned about flight management of the planes if the animation of the controls reflected what the AI was doing.
In any case... I can't help but love this game and appreciate what the developers have put into it!
