Capture ..hmm. That would be a cool request. After you bail or ditch behind enemy lines have the home guard come up to you and say.."You are prisoner of war..mind the Bussle Sprouts". The cute girl would be nice too.

MSI Afterburner has less fps hit than Fraps in my opinion, and its totally free of course:
