No Decon, because I tried it as well, and had the same issue. The base does appear as the right colour in the briefing screen, but not in the ingame minimap.

You have to place at least one static object on each Home Base. The object must match the color of the Home Base (Red\Blue). This rule has always been in effect.

New one on me,and I have made quite a few missions! I only tried it quick as Deacon was having a problem.Usually I place flak on an airfield as well so thats maybe why I had the same issue.

Hi & a happy new year!

As me and my squad are busy flying a low-level penetration mission on the slovakia (online) map, we are passing over quite a few trees across the railway lines. Would it be useful to make notes on locations? For the map-makers?

could be that these are the non site-specific phantom type that are generated in Perfect mode - as opposed to hand placed objects. change your settings from perfect to excellent and see if they are still there

I think the official Slovakia map bug thread is over at SimHQ. Post your observations there:

http://www.simhq.com/forum/ubbthread...11#Post2409011

**I already posted there about the trees, but was told this:

"@Aviar: there are often trees on the roads, which are placed by predefined patterns on the ground textures. They are not normal objects (have no collision model for example) and can not be removed from the roads. On the other hand, they make no obstacle for vehicles, trains etc. You can find such also on Normandy map."

I found that the industry in Povazska Bystrika (Slovakia map, roughly at F11) had a industry that was a bit of line with the underlaying textures.

I noticed you said trencir wasn´t finnished but to be on the safe side ill tell you that some buildings in Trencir is ontop of the road going through the city. i guess you allready knew.

I love the new maps, skins and everything else. thanks allot

AI radio calls from flight members cut out sporadically and occasionally they do not even respond. In 4.08 wingmen or other flights would respond to commands given and report heading, altitude, etc. Now if the AI respond the response is usually cut short. It seems that the last section of whatever *.wav file is being played gets dropped.

I am at work so I do not know what sound configuration (will update later) I have set but this was not an issue in 4.08 or any previous version.

3.4Ghz Intel P4
2Gb RAM
Nvidea 7600GS 512Mb
SoundBlaster Audigy Z sound card with latest drivers.

Same to me ruxtmp, I resolved this issue with the sound DLL offered by CsThor. I think you can find a link to these files some pages back in this post.
