Smile Feedback on 4.09m beta from DFLion

I have just managed to download both patch and skins - everything looking very good so far, especially map of Slovakia (a masterpiece).

My new system (high-end)
OS - XP Professional (still at 32bit)
MOBO - Gigabyte P35-DS4
Processor - Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6850 - 4 x 86
Ram - 4GB Corsair
Video card - XFX Nividia Geforce 8800 Ultra
Sound card - SB Fatality X-FI Xtremegamer

Flying in 'perfect' mode the new maps are superb. Also the new skins are great, though some times I get a 'white flicker' on the skin artwork (I may need the latest driver?)
Increased buffer size works much better when flying over buildings - smoother building renditions.
Water looks much better and more realistic (green instead of black).
Increased visability is a huge plus - high detail is rendered right to the horizon at ground level, in the air, at height -fantastic.
I am having no problems with clouds and their shadows - they look very good.

Thanks to all the teams involved with this patch - it was a long time coming, though certainly worth the wait. I hope some of these new innovations helps in the BOB development.

Happy New Year to Oleg and his team from the land of OZ.
