the communication fault is of Luthier's who doesn't understand that, while saying "minimum 2 weeks" won't bound you to release anything after those 2 weeks time period (and it's a good thing he learned that), it still bounds you to give an update of the situation after the said 2 weeks, or close enough..

I still can't understand the failure of spending exactly 5 minutes to post something like "guys, we're sorry we couldn't managed it in two weeks, it seems we'll need another three at least, so see you then. thank you for your patience!"..
exactly my thoughts. Incompetent in communications.

What part of "two weeks minimum" is proving to be so hard to understand?

1. Nothing is hard about that.
2. STILL what is so hard about taking two minnutes to post a simple sentence saying that it takes them a bit longer? NOTHING
3. Why don't they understand that they would appease a lot of the community by just doing that, posting regular updates that give rough directions for what is going on?

Seriously, how hard can it be?

because can be also 2 years for a patch, so after the 2, now 3 weeks gone we expected some communication from them.

Its also not that hard to figure out that things are going as well as hoped. Or for the conspiracy theorists " They have the patch done but really enjoy reading all the crap in the forums".

1) Apparently it is.

2) Redundant post, it's clear it's taking longer else we'd have a beta patch. Why waste Luthier's time asking him to post what we already know?

3) Appease? not a chance in hell with the denizens of this forum.

Chivas, were you one of the chaps that adovcated CloD was finished during the development updates, and that Oleg was just teasing us with obsolete screen-shots?
