I think in CloD statistics can be output to any file (even in web format) if you program it in the mission script (in C#). No need to parse logs as far as I know.

This is the only mission with statistics I know of http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=24954 You may wish to check it out to learn how it is done.
