Character model graphical glitch

I'm having a weird graphical glitch when playing KB:Armored Princess and Crossworlds:



All character models spread their arms wide and when they move they just glide over the terrain. I've searched around for a bit but couldn't find anyone else with the same problem.

Graphic drivers are updated and I checked the Steam integrity file.

Anyone able to help?

EDIT: I also noted that during a battle the characters won't move, making the game unplayable, basically.

Install games into different folders and not install AP or CW into sub-folders of Legend.
