.rar files
Ok. So since IL2/FB, I have loved downloading the many beautiful skins that people have produced over the many years. However, I always stayed away from the .rar files as I had no idea how to download them. Now I am about to choke my son unconcious due to his pointing out the beauty of some of the skins that you guys are making and I have no idea how to get them.
Someone please educate me on how to download a .rar file so that I can fly these awesome planes....

I normally unzip/rar into a desktop folder, then I can see what I am getting before copy/paste into the correct location.
As said, 7Zip is very easy to use and covers all
