Gentlemen!
After the latest patch I still have the shadows being the worst frame killers in my comp! Turning them totally off kills a lot of reality and feeling of flying in the sim. So I renew my request for the following video on/off options for shadows: 1. cockpit shadows 2. shadows of clouds 3. shadows of trees 4. shadows of buildings 5. shadows of planes, vehicles etc. This makes it possible for every pilot to enable those shadows that best suit his own taste and equipment without losing too much framerate. Otherwise, let's be careful up there! ![]() |

+several.
I love the cockpit shadows, and aircraft shows on the ground/sea are good but at the moment shadows take away too many fps and introduce stutters for me when looking around 9especially over land) Having a selectable choice would help. |

Shadows cause an approx 30% fps loss for me.

And I discover today that the crap AA in Clod after new patch eats a lot of FPS in my rig too. Strange! Without shadow and AA, the sim is runnig really nice now. Just a little more tweaks and will be good regards performance in middle-end machines. Good job in patching, really hard work to do but things are going nice.
