Sounds weird... How about clearing the cache? That voodoo doc medicine works in some cases here so it's worth a try...
Delete all files in: C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\cache |

And while your in that directory - check the conf.ini file so it has this row inside:
Render=D3D10_0 As your 560ti is a Dx10 (11) card and your old card was maybe not? |

Yeah, IL2 1946 runs like a dream..
Portal runs great.. Rest of the game, ie: menus, music, etc runs fine.. But in an actually mission it flashes crazy colors.. especially water and highlights in cockpit.. Really weird... ![]() |

Did you remove the old drivers and install new ones?

That's the same video card I have and it runs great. If emptying the cache didn't work I would try re-installing. Also make sure you have up-to-date drivers (270.61)

"So I changed to =R3d10_0"
I assume this was just a typo in this thread. If not it should be Render=D3D10_0. I am also using the NV 270 version drivers as mentioned above, with no major probs. Also the 267 drivers had better shadows for me. Last edited by Macka; 04-30-2011 at 02:09 AM. |

mannn, I have a flickering mess on my hands..
maybe I screwed sumthin up.. All I did was follow instructions in the box... It said remove old card from pci slot, replace with new card, install drivers.. I didn't uninstall the drivers from my 8800gt first tho, is that a problem u think..? |
