Do Bases rebuild?

Hey,
I absolutely love this game, it stands up against any other game!

So, I'm playing hard and most of the bases, (Science, Pirate, Military) were destroyed. Do they rebuild at some point or can I build new bases?

They do, and once there is a Business Centre you can also buy bases.
