Main interface not refreshing any more

Drivers are up to date and I have a XFI Titanium as an additional sound card.

The game was working fine (meaning the stutter, texture bug, etc... ) but since it crashed the GUI is totally no more refresing

I guess that I have profile files that must be corrupted somewhere as a full steam and game cleanup and reinstall does not change anything.

Any idea where CoD is storing the file on the PC ? I deactivated from scratch the steam cloud so I guess that somewhere on my PC is something wrong...
