Im no expert mate but it should be an improvement on xp, win 7 supports dx10 as well as other things, better ram usage ect, so game should run better IMO.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will be along shortly.

I was hoping you would say that. I read that you would get better FPS and other things like Grass that need dx10. I'm going to put W7 on an outside HD not my main HD so I can still have XP.

I'm 1 hr and some change (pun intended) from having Windows 7 Home Premium down loaded and ready to put on dvd to install.

I'v never made a duel boot before as to have two OS on one HD. This is the why I'm going to do this.

This may help some others if thy have XP and want to put Windows 7 32/64bit on the same HD.
