minor problems

received CoD tofday & installed it no problem.

When changing pilot details, ie. german & select no glasses, the pilot disappears. same with other adjustments with other pilots.

Also have selected quick mission & get loading screen 7 then it reaches approx 95% loaded & then nothing - it freezes & have to re-start system.

any suggestions?
