My wife and I recently agreed that a trip to Moscow now would be too expensive. I'm starting to wonder if that was a mistake....!

Glamour has its place and its not in a WWII flight sim.
Aye up, Mr Mary Whitehouse is on the forums.

If the calender is not part of the collector's edition than can it be ordered from 1C?

Aye! And to quote the great guitar god Nigel Tufnel:

I'm pretty happy with my download option. That box art is hideous. Plus I've already got a nicer printed version of the Spitfire manual. The faux escape map looks like a very cheaply made print on synthetic fabric. The ugly logo right in the middle does nothing for it either. The whole collection does not look appealing at all. Good on you if you can find some enjoyment in it though.

Im with you on most of your points, the artwork is completely stupid and that logo in the middle of the channel where most of the action will happen is idiotic to put it mildly.

Maybe because we are older than 12 years old?

I'm not against glamour, I just think it cheapens and makes the finished product look TACKY.

So all of you that are talking PC bullshit wind your little red necks in and go and ask mommies permission to look at the so called "glamour" photographs.

Leave the Flight Sims to adults.

LAST WORD ON THIS REALLY TACKY PRODUCTION.

Mr Wulf, you should move to the U.S., the bible belt would be perfect for you.

Look buddy, the freaking calendar is "inspired" in the artwork and aviation philosophy of that WWII time. If you can not understand that, and you stick to the ultra-politically-correct-nonsense of today, then why do you play a game based on a WAR in which millions of people died????

What kind of hypocrit complains about not-even-naked ladies and has fun playing how to kill people??

Believe me, until not much long ago (and in a lot of countries you can find it still today), the walls of fighter squadrons rooms have been covered with pictures of ladies with far less clothes than the ones on this "tacky" calendar.
