Blacksmith/Healer Question

I am wondering if it is beneficial to bring a blacksmith or healer apprentice into a village you don't own and which doesn't have one. Would it allow you to then buy more stuff? Can you even bring one to a village you don't own?

before you go each others land , u can save ur game and create 3 savegames at a time , beside that , 1 savegame must be created before important decision .
