This is annoying without 6dof but with the il2 6dof mod i quite liked moving my head to view the sights, so BOB which is designed with 6dof in mind should be fun and realistic.

The clip below is a Spitfire reflector sight. this is what a Reflector gunsight should look like with 6DOF.

I don't use toggle gunsight command unless I get into bombardier position... thanks to sHr

sure my gunnery kind of needs improvement but is very immersive this way.

The field of view does not change. The point of view moves forward and to the side a bit, where (in some planes) more of the field of view is obscured by the cockpit framing and panel which might give an impression that FoV changes. But it doesn't, it stays exactly the same. It's easy to confirm this by observing distant objects and switching between normal and Shift-F1 view.

Indeed: the FoV does NOT change with ALT+F1! Period.
