Been banned, no idea why or for how long ?

Anyone know ?

Did it say "The chat local user is banned from this channel" and kick you out? If so, I think it's temporary. The same thing happened to me.

It must be a Gamespy issue. I imagine its quite a mess today, so many problems past month.
Even more worse if some 500+ people appear in the ban list, I don't even know if you can fit that many people in one post.

Yeah. Me and my friends just recently tried to log in, about ten minutes ago. We all flipped out because we were banned for reason "The chat local user has been banned from this channel."

I'm here on behalf of the others who were banned from MoW for no reason. ( Me and my friends) We'd like to get this resolved so we can play again. But is there a reason to why this is happening to everyone? I mean all we did was log in. We never said anything in chat only played games ( Since we use Steam for chatting). Any Ideas or fixes 1C?

Its being worked on I've just heard. It might take some time though, you didn't do anything wrong though. For me its cleared up, but might be back.
