Camera Problem with Men of War (Editor)

Hello i have a big problem with Men of War.
When i want to make a little Map in the Men of War Editor, the Camera stuck in
the next few Minutes.All Units run in the Center of the Map and i cant do anything.

I have tried:
-Patching
-Reinstall
-PC restart

All those things doesnt work.
Oh, and the problem occurs if and only if I press on F1, F2, or F3.
Although one that actually changes the mode.
