I really dont know what to do, my computer is: phenom quad core 2.5 ghz, 4g ram and Gforce 9800GTX+, win vista 64 bits, but the game runs very slowly i have already proved new drivers and reinstall the game but nothing!!!!!
Someone told me that was something about multicore problems, but i dont now how to solve it!!
The game is africa 1943

What framerate do you have while game is paused? Where do you experience slowdowns (which mission, when)?

The game runs slow even when it is paused, it starts running slowly when i start a campaign or a mission. Why did you ask that?
