How to assign keys to a KG-13 N joystick?

I have a Schreinerschmid KG-13 N joystick. There is no layout corresponding to this joystick. So how do I map the keys for the fire button, rockets etc.? Axis for yaw and pitch are recognized but so far I have been unsuccessful trying to map some keys to this stick.

Any help is appreciated.

PS3 or Xbox ?

Ps3 you select custom PC stick in layouts then go back a menu to the custom layout option (which should now be white not greyed out) you should be able to then map the buttons. Note that zoom will not work with custom layouts, known problem.

I don't think you can do this on xbox tho...

well perhaps I am here on the wrong forum: I have a PC version of Wings of Prey...thought that this was a forum about it as the one provided by yuplay is not very active..

Sorry for that. Basically I get pitch and yaw axis recognized but cannot map any keys to the joystick...

could someone direct me to the right forum for that?

Carefull posting a question about Wings of Prey in the PC Il-2 forums. They don't like WoP much there. They see it as an arcade console port that baddens the IL-2 name. You might get flamed.

The only place is the youplay forum which you have already seen.

really? sorry pal. i do know the M4T does a lot of WoP tho...so if he went there he should be ok. they arent too keen on BoP tho...
