I take quest from alchemist this quest and im unable to complete it.I have try many reloading and try other dialog but this sculd still kill him self..anyone can help me?

How did u do it I have the potion of halucinations but suld does not change. I even tried talking to him before and after I finished the quest of the nurse

Please help me I am stuck...........

And also could u pls let me know if you know where to find the third book for the medicnies.
