I have the same isue. I think the problem is connected to the number of players in the lobby. On weekdays, when there are less players around, I never experienced this. Dunno how to fix it though, but doubt reinstall helps. Must be a server issue.

hi, yeah i guess your right about it being a server issue, at least i hope so.

After trying to rejoin the server 5 times this afternoon and crashing i gave up.

I came back to it this evening to try again..... the first 2 times i tried to join the lobby it terminated on me. 10 minutes later i thought i would try one more time and this time i have managed to join the lobby and not get booted.

Most likely it will happen again before the night is over though !!

So 1C technical guys can you take a look at my crash reports posted above and help me get this fixed please.

This forum is used for players helping other players. Admins rarely reply so, you will have to email them if you want their help. As usual, they will ask you to make sure you are updated to the latest version, try it on a differant PC if possible, reinstall, etc, etc, etc.

This is a GameSpy issue.
What is happening is you are getting a signal saying you are not up to date with GS servers, this checks after you log in. You send a signal back but it fails and you do not get the update. You can not manually update as far as I know. What you should try is messing with your firewall settings, anything blocking anything.

I hope you get it fixed.

ok, thank you for the reply.

I always thought that these kind of forums where monitored by the admins and help was at hand. Now I know the situation. Thanks!

I've played MoW for 18 months now and this problem has just started 3 weeks ago, long after I have made any system or game state changes so I couldn't see it being anything my end.

Looking at the DMS forum last night it seems that several other players are now affected also. So it looks like some kind of GS server issue.

Cheers
