assembling a virtual 3d airplane

Imagine if I had to draw the 3d studio max every single piece of an airplane.
Drawing from more piece 'a little bit more simple bolt up to' big.
it would take a super computer to assemble each individual piece of an entire airplane and 'get the real performance as a real airplane.
