Ogre Drain ability bug

The Ogre Drain ability is supposed to take away the action points of one of your units but the description doesn't say it also gives them to him.
After using it on my Royal Griffin, that thing had 8 movement!!

And when he uses it, if the unit had moved and the paladin unit gave him an extra turn by Second Wind, the unit doesn't move on the next proper turn.
